1. Before processing, inspection should be strengthened to find out the parts with serious defects such as irreparable shrinkage, porosity, and pinholes on the surface of zinc alloy die-casting parts to ensure the quality of the workpiece.

2, clean the chip and residue in the inner cavity of the die casting.

3, strengthen the polishing polishing process management, select the appropriate cloth wheel, strict operation methods, so that the hardened layer after polishing is complete, meet the requirements of surface roughness, and strengthen the inspection after polishing, and remove the unqualified parts.

4, select the right equipment and solutions to ensure that parts can remove oil contamination, such as polishing paste, especially in the individual shrinkage holes. Manual wiping is used to remove unclean parts such as shrinkage holes.

5, choose the appropriate electrolytic degreasing process, minimize the alkalinity of degreasing solution, ensure degreasing temperature, current density and degreasing time, especially the manual operation of the production line.

6. Ensure the content of hydrofluoric acid in the activation liquid and strictly control the time.

7, pre-plating should ensure the content of prepreg solution, pre-plating time in milliliters as a unit.

8. Pre-plating should ensure its solution composition. For complex parts, large current pulse transmission can be used to ensure that all parts are covered by copper.

9. The thickness process of coke copper ensures that the pre-coating thickness is 5-7 microns.

10, for complex parts, in the plating process, especially in the electrification process, the negative plate rotation method is used, so that the corresponding surface and positive plate of the parts in the plating are constantly changing, and the current distribution of the parts is relatively uniform to improve its quality.

11, the thickness should be carried out according to the alloy die casting standard to ensure the thickness of the coating.
